Living Strong’s team development process provides a comprehensive approach in examining roles and responsibilities, strengthening relationships, enhancing communication, and examining the team’s overall performance.

The transfer of knowledge from program assessment, professional development and workplace trainings allows leaders and team members to connect new information with the support and feedback of an experienced coach. Coaching is an essential part of any professional development experience, and it builds, not only, skills and knowledge but capacity and confidence during “real time” experiences within the organizational, program, or school environment.
