Esther Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from James Madison University and pursued a Master’s Degree in Television Production at Regent University. With over 25 years in public, private and academic sectors, Esther has experience in professional development, data management, project management, career coaching and development, mass communication and public relations.

 

Esther Moore is an Understanding the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework Instructor and holds certificates in Strengths-Based Communication – The Key to Building Positive Professional Relationships; Autonomy Support – A New Approach to Managing Challenging Behavior; and Teaching Personal Safety in ECE – Tools for Preventing Abuse. Her passion for supporting parents has allowed her to create content for our Educational Virtual Resources, On Demand Training platform,  and In person parenting sessions.

 

With her experience in communications, grant writing, information systems, and parenting education, Esther facilitates project management for Living Strong Consulting. As the Project Manager, Esther, plays a key role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and tracking projects. She monitors the scope of work, oversees project team communication, and delivers resources to programs and schools across the state of Pennsylvania. To support the implementation of the high quality services of Living Strong, Esther also creates documentation tools for accurate data collection, prepares status reports for client updates,and analyzes contract progress.

 

Her love of fashion led Esther to become an entrepreneur and launch La Leis Flowers, a unique silk flower fashion accessory with a magnetic fastener.  

Esther is also an active member of her church community where she and her husband serve as co-leaders of Junior High Ministry.  She is also a member of the Choir and Praise Team.

 

Native of Guyana, South America, Mrs. Esther Moore is the wife of the Honorable Mark J. Moore and together they are proud parents of two daughters, Nyla and Arielle.
